Purchase & Delivery of Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from this website (such as templates, mockups, notes, or other downloadable files), you will gain instant access to the ready-made files once your payment is confirmed. No physical item will be shipped.

A download link will be sent to you by email after your purchase (unless it's free - in this case, you will receive it after supplying your email address).

⚠️ Please note: your download link will remain active for 7 days.
Please save a backup copy after downloading. After the 7-day window, expired download links cannot be reissued unless at my discretion.

IMPORTANT: All products on this website are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

You will only be eligible for a refund if:

• The product is faulty,

• The file is damaged or inaccessible, or

• The item does not match the description provided on the product page.
  

By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you confirm that you waive your right to cancel under consumer laws once the download begins. This means a refund cannot be issued simply because you changed your mind.
